I don't think that he is using attack speed hack.

Maybe his ping is 30 or something like that...

BTW: Did you banned/jailed him ?

even if he have a 30 ping he cannot get that attack speed without woc lvl 2.

you cant get 30 ping if the guys from indo lol he would have to live close to isreal
even with program the lowest he can probalby get is like 300
u need atleast 100 to do that speed

and he had no WOC lvl 2

I didn't knew that he is from Indonesia.

1. Maybe he is using Battleping so he can get a good ping with it.

battleping would give him lowest like 280 or so u need a low of atleast 200 to be in the range of low delay 100 for that speed he did.
